  I went here for a date night with my girlfriend and the experience was so-so. The atmosphere is described as "intimate" but I would beg to differ. I suppose it isn't called a "tavern" for nothing, as it is loud and open. While there are several floating tables and booths, if you're dining out as a couple you'll be relegated to the wall bench seating alongside other pairs for a semi-private meal. The food itself was good, though my steak was slightly overcooked. Not a huge mistake, but for the prices you pay you hope for perfection. I think we'll return to give them another shot, but with lowered expectations.

  So, so, so, so good. Incredible quality food, lovely waitstaff. They have $1 oysters at the Tavern Mon-Wed so basically you can't afford NOT to stop by. Our wonderful waitress even brought us a special amuse bouche in honor of our first visit. It was, of course, delicious. Go there. You wont be sorry.

  Nice atmosphere and good service. overall very good. The calamari was a little too crispy. Caesar salad was good. My main course meal was the meatloaf wrapped in bacon. It was very good. The only issue i had was that i had to be careful not to eat the fatty parts in the bacon. I would have liked to see more options on the dinner menu. A little noisy inside.
